All payments (registration fee, accommodation, transfers and other additional services) can be made in the personal account after the registration procedure. The terms and conditions of participation in the event and cancellation policy are here.
You can pay by Bank transfer or credit card.
Step 1. To start the registration procedure, click the “Register" button. Enter your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
Note: make sure the address of the mailbox is correctly set. The system will send a login and password to enter your personal account.
Step 2. Carefully read the User agreement and confirm your agreement with its terms.
Step 3. Click on the “register" button.
Step 4. The system will automatically send your login and password to your email address. If you do not receive the email, please contact us by phone +7 (812) 389-30-33 or via email email@example.com
Step 5. Fill in the registration form. Once the registration form is completed, click “Next" — You will be taken to your personal account.
Please note: Name, Surname, city and company name must be entered in English.
Note: we guarantee the safety of your personal data. However, to prepare personal badges, publishing abstracts, providing services, we use the information specified by you in the author’s edition. When filling out the registration form, submitting abstracts and ordering services, please be careful, follow the spelling, accuracy and correctness of the data.
